Operating model

Digital work is an operating system, not a project name.

Three objects, reused

Every serious Digital Transformation Consulting engagement we take produces the same three objects, scaled to the company: a Decision Rights Map, a Funding Rule, and an Evidence Pack. Tools change. These three do not. If a vendor’s method cannot sit inside them, the vendor is running a parallel company inside yours.

When we decline

We decline when the request is a slide refresh for a steering pack the forum already ignores. We decline when no executive will attend the decision meeting. We decline when the only success metric is “go-live by a date that has already slipped twice” with no kill-criteria. Declining is part of the practice; a crowded calendar of decorative work would make us another vendor.
