Refunds

This page describes refunds for paid diagnostics, studios, and stewardship billed by PageFlow Core. Website forms do not take payment; refunds apply only to amounts actually invoiced and received.

Eligibility

A full refund of the unused portion is available if we stop a studio at week 4 because the named sponsor does not attend the decision forum, as described in the flagship syllabus. A full refund of a Pulse Diagnostic is available if we have not yet conducted the first on-site or scheduled shadowing day and you cancel in writing.

Timeframe

Cancellation for a diagnostic must reach us at least five Taipei business days before the first scheduled day. Studio instalment two is not billed if we stop at week 4 under the sponsor-attendance rule. Requests after a board read-out are out of time except where Taiwan consumer law (for any qualifying individual purchaser) requires otherwise.

Full or partial refund

If fewer than two studio sessions have run and we cancel for instructor unavailability, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that studio. If more than two sessions have run, we refund a pro-rata share of unused weeks, minus documented travel already incurred with your written approval. Stewardship Year is billed quarterly; unused future quarters are refunded if you terminate with thirty days’ notice.

Non-refundable items

Plant visits already completed, third-party rooms we booked at your request, and translated print runs you approved are not refundable. Deposits held against a private company run are refundable only if we cannot staff the agreed window within sixty days.

Process

Write to info@page-flowcore.digital with the invoice number, company legal name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two Taipei business days and state whether the case is full, partial, or declined, with a short explanation.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid within fifteen Taipei business days by the same method as the original payment (bank transfer unless a statement of work named another rail). We do not refund in cash at the studio.

Cancellation and exceptions

You may cancel a cohort seat up to ten days before week 1 for a transfer to a later published cohort rather than a cash refund, subject to capacity. Force majeure (including plant closures that make shadowing impossible) entitles either side to reschedule once; a second failure allows termination with a pro-rata refund of unused work. Chargebacks without first using this process may be treated as a dispute under the statement of work.
